They truly provided a 'white-glove' service, handling every single detail of the project. As first-time spa owners, we had plenty of questions, and Sabrina & Josh were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top-notch—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for a stress-free installation, look no further!
Awesome customer service! I had the seals in my tub pump fail and called Tackaberry for some help. They took the time to stop by my home, pick up the pump, repair it and deliver it back to me. Awesome people, awesome service and great value. I highly recommend the Tackaberry team!

We had a great experience working with Tackaberry Pools. Sabrina was quick to respond to our request for a quote. Based on past experience with three well known pool companies, Josh’s adaptable skill set stood head and shoulders above the previous technicians. Sabrina and Josh have been great to work with. I’ve ordered a new custom cover. Had delivery and install. Bought new products for my hot tub, and get water testing done by Sabrina down at their Ingersoll location.
