RecommendedI love this tack shop! My daughter and I stop in every time we are in the area. They have a great assortment of tack, boots, Western and English clothing, and much, much more. The folks are always very friendly and willing to assist with any questions or needs we have - great customer service. I have ordered merchandise on-line and did not have any problems at all. If you are ever in the area I recommend stopping in the Tack Room, you will not be disappointed

I made a purchase about 4 weeks ago. The package was damaged in transit and arrived with a hole in it. I have attempted several times to resolve this issue. I even sent pictures of the damaged package and merchandise. I simply wanted an exchange. I have been unsuccessful after repeated attempts to make any progress toward a resolution. I am very disappointed. The worst online experience I have had in a long time.
Awesome store, with so many products for yourself or your four legged partner!! The atmosphere is fantastic and so willing to help your needs!
I had ordered something then found out it was the wrong thing. This company stopped shipping it out till they heard from me & got my refund to me in the same day. I've ordered from them before & received what I ordered very quickly & the woman helping me with this last order was so very helpful. I highly recommend ordering from Tack Room Inc.
