Takes a long time to get in items that need to be ordered. Sold the item we ordered because we were 2 days late picking it up after it took a long time to even get to the store.
I love this store it has a wide variety it is pricey and my first visit was unpleasant. The workers are nice however the owners are not nice to their workers or helpful but rather snippy sadly. I saw they are hiring again and I can see why . I will give them another chance but maybe the owners need to just let the store operated by pleasant workers and stay away from customers and staff while their are customers. Too nice a place sadly
I went in today with the intent to purchase some breeches, I've never owned any before so I didn't know where to start. The staff was very friendly and VERY helpful in helping me find the perfect ones for me. I left with two pairs, and a free hat! Will definitely be back in the future!
My daughter is the GA HS Rodeo Queen...she is supposed to wear sponsor brand apparel from Cinch/Cruel Girl...I can always find the xs/00 sizes she needs at Tack Room Inc. XS is very tough to find elsewhere. I order on line from GA and the customers service folks are always very helpful.
