Went to this shop for the first time on Saturday and she had a great selection of Western and English items. I saw their Ad on the Spring Round Up VRH Show page and a group from my barn had mentioned it so I had to go check it out myself. Awesome place and great customer service!

I had been searching for a bridle for my horse and finally found one I liked. Tack Room Inc. had the best price of any tack shop, and when I called to check if they had it in stock, someone immediately returned my call and assured me it would ship out that day. Two days later (shipping was FREE) I got my bridle in the mail and it was perfect! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here.
I received my order today and everything was perfect! My daughter received her adorable purple English pad and a beautiful HDR bridle for her new POA. I highly recommend ordering from this shop, customer service was amazing! Thank you again!

Fabulous customer service! I ordered a corrective saddle pad with 3 day shipping late one evening, and the next morning I got a call from Eva that it was ready to go out but that they could get it to me faster for less money with an alternative method of shipping. I saved $16 AND had my pad in time for my next lesson.
