This place is a TOTAL WASTE of space. Want a horrible experience for your next family outing? Overpriced mediocre food while being treated like dirt is what you'll find here. This is where customer service comes to die - as well as any hope of a pleasant time. The management here is simply an embarrassment to the industry. Worst restaurant experience my family has had in DECADES.

My husband and I go almost every Friday. Doris and Vince always greet us with a smile, and know most people by name. The waitresses are quick and always smiling. Great service ladies! The pizza is the best hands down. Can't say enough about Tacconelli's. If you have the opportunity to stop in go for it you I promise you won't be disappointed
