Recommend all Veterans steer clear of this appraiser when attempting to utilize you earned benefit of a VA home loan. Appraised potential property way under value, to the tune of 78K. Interestingly enough, days after deal fell through the seller found a conventional buyer and the subject property made value, further driving the wedge between veteran buyers and their opportunity to purchase a home. Very sad state of affairs that ended up costing me thousands of dollars and left my family and I back at square one.
He did an amazing job!! Va home approval and was awesome! When questions arose he called me back and answered my questions and didnt make me feel like i had too many questions or that i was a bother. Thank you so much for! Hands down a great guy!
