Horrible! Sammy replaced my unit about three years ago, and now he's always unavailable for service, questions, repair, or anything. He's always conveniently out of town when I reach out. I only realized Sammy had mis-wired my thermostat during the HVAC installation when another vendor came out to service my unit and explained what Sammy had done wrong. Sammy is a bit shady, and I do not recommend him.

Horrible service and customer service. We would not recommend this company for any home or business. Our brand new unit was installed about 2 years ago and have had issues ever since. About twice a year, entering the spring/summer months or the fall/winter months. It just went out again and we contacted Sammy and he told us to "call another company because he is so sick."
I first used Sammy and Tabora in the summer of 2018 when my 20+ year old AC unit died on me. Sammy was fantastic! He was responsive, on time, his pricing was reasonable, and he was great to work with. He makes you feel like he truly cares about you, fixing your issues, and making you happy. This past month I had an issue where my AC was on, the fan was running, but the house wasn't cooling down.
