This apartment complex is on the verge of crumbling. Under new management in the past few years, they have rented to some of Portlands worst tenants. The selling point of this apartment building years ago was the fact that it had a pool. Finally after a year or however, long of having it blocked off, they are deciding to fill it with cement. As a resident, let me tell you the serious risks of these apartments I discovered while living here. First things first, the mold. Every corner of both buildings mold monthly. It's either a water leak that's yet to be discovered or an outside cause but it's very prominent throughout the apartments. Secondly, it's location. It is primarily highlighted by the parks and corner stores nearby, but what's not mentioned is the highway that is division.
