Unprofessional and unresponsive. Do not use this company. I am renter and my landlord uses the company for my air conditioning and heating units. Last year when I needed the furnace turned on, Don came out the same day and was very nice. This year, when I called to have the furnace turned on, it turned out that a repair was needed before they would be able to turn it on. I came back from out of town late at night to find my air conditioner not working. I called Tabor Air Condition & Heating LLC and they called me back the next day. Don, the technician, called me around noon and said he will come to my house within the hour. He came by approximately 30 minutes later and fixed my unit right away. He was very nice and friendly and explained to me that the condensor motor needed to be replaced. He replaced it and charged me an extremelly reasonable price.
