We just picked up our shiny new 2017 Regal 2300 RX from Joe King . I manage a sales department at a Honda dealership , and I know a great product specialist / sales person when I meet one. This guy is the real deal . Very sharp, knows his product , and knows how to treat a customer . He treated us like a buyer from the beginning ... a year ago. Very patient and a great listener . He is the guy to see !
Would not suggest this place to anyone for service work. Not only do they not stand behind their mistakes, their professionalism is absolutely terrible! Please stay clear if you have any service for your boat, if it is not a brand new boat they believe you are in a different category of people!
We just bought our 1st MasterCraft at Table Rock Boats and the experience was awesome. Joey from the Shellknob location took the time to accommodate us by driving the boat over to Kimberling City location that was more conveniant for us and the service staff was top notch. We are looking forward to being part of the MasterCraft TRB family! Thank you!
