We came down to use the boat and of course we forget the toolbox so we can’t tighten the drain plug and the trailer brakes won’t release in reverse and we don’t have a clue why, and we see the service guys are down working at the dock so we go ask and not only do theyloan us the wrench but they stop what their doing and go get us the adapter plug we need for our light hookup so the brakes will work in reverse. I had a wonderful experience buying my first Godfrey Sweetwater Pontoon from Table Rock Lake Boats. Though-out the decision making process, Nick Cruze was nothing short of exceptional. He allowed me to test drive, he stayed within my price range and did not pressure me to buy something out of my comfort range. The pontoon was completed and in the water sooner than expected and Nick took a half day, on his day off, to patiently work me me on learning to dock the boat. We have used Table Rock Boats for a few years now to help us take care of our boats. Winterization and maintenance in the shop and at our dock. Always top flight support. This winter we worked with Joey McCracken to find and purchase a 2017 MasterCraft XT23 and it was truly one of the best major purchase experiences we have ever had. From the first contact, through financing, to delivery, everything was smooth sailing.
We just traded our Mastercraft boat in for a new Mastercraft in Shell Knob & our experience was amazing! Joey is knowledgeable and really personable! I can’t recommend him enough!
