As a manager myself i would never degrade an employee especially in front of customers and staff, if you cannot control your temper and speak appropriately to an employee or customer then obviously this is NOT the job for you. Gross food for such a high price, can get anywhere else with actual decent service. Also where do you guys get off on embarrassing a kid like that?? Sad sad sad. Pathetic and definitely needs to have someone else manage. Angel needs FIRED. No way should a manager talk and belittle a kid like that in front of customers and employees. Absolutely zero respect and showmanship. A bully manager for sure.

so I went with 7 other friends after a show at the Palace back in February, before and Covid stuff started. this was a Sunday afternoon and the only reason we went there was because they were open. Not a single meal came out together. everything was pieced and parted together. we were told this was "open table" dining, thr meals come out as they are finished. nothing was hot. never heard of "open table " before. the place is a mess.
Treat others with respect. That kid deserves an apology.
