Stand at the service desk waiting for over an hour for a tech to show up to do an annual DOT inspection and the guy comes in and skips over me to go jump a truck off on the lot!!! Absolute bullshit! Take care of the customer that's been waiting for an hour plus not some yahoo that walked in 5 minutes ago!!

This TA Travel Center is a nice place as far as truck stops go, they have decent food, nice clean bathrooms (well the women's bathroom anyway), friendly staff for the most part. We stop here quite often. The best part is that the handicapped parking for the big rigs is right outside the door. Over all a nice place, we've never had a problem here.
