I took my daughter to T20 Nails to get her nails done for homecoming and to have a nice girls evening. We got pedicures and acrylic nail sets. The staff is nice but communication is impossible. When it came time to do my nails, I was sat with Danny. I showed him a picture of the nails I'd like. They turned out horrible. The shape is so flat and unnatural. The color is translucent. My pedicure was amazing! She was very attentive and did an amazing job. I’m only giving 4 stars cuz I was disappointed to find out when I was paying that I was charged $9 for pink color instead of clear on my toes. I wasn’t aware of the extra cost and unfortunately had to take that out of the tip my nail tech deserved.
