I called the company Monday, May 1 at 1:52 PM to get a quote for installing a separate shut-off valve for our irrigation system. Was told the person handles those tasks were not available at the moment to they took my number a promised a call back. Today, May 5 at 9:53, I called the company back as they did not return my call as promised. I was told they would call me right back. Well didn't happen either. They blew 3 times so I am taking my business elsewhere.
I will recommend T & Y & B Plumbing to my friends for all plumbing needs. T & Y & B Plumbing was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition to charging a fair price, he provided recommendations of plumbing upgrades I had been considering. thanks you guys!
