My dad drives a my 2013 KW T660 he was backing in to the dock to load and run over something in the lot and ruined a steer tire. Called T&W in Ft. Worth to put a tire on and they refused to put it on my wheel because of a miner rub mark forcing us to buy a unnecessary wheel. Then ruin my bank card with out ever giving us the total price. No detailed receipt with pricing or anything. We deserve more respect as a paying customer. The company we are leased to can keep using y’all but I won’t. Zack in the back knows what he is doing on that ailment machine and there is way to many other great people to talk about there. I will be back you can bet on that. 10 stars on a 5 star scale
