Definitely not thrilled about my experience here. Started out great and helpful getting the tires I needed. Then apparently one of the service techs that doesn't care what happens put one of my tires on wrong and was having trouble getting it off to put on correctly. So 2 front tires took 2 hours to mount and balance. Paid and left. Got on interstate and truck was shaking horribly. RecommendedHad to go in today because of a screw in my tire and air was spewing out! With my husband being at work and having only my car today with the incoming snow and having to shuttle children around I was somewhat stressed about it! The staff were accommodating and very kind! I always dread having to deal with anything automobile related because I’ve had several places try to rip me off without my husband present! RecommendedWalk in, no appointment. Front desk persons were extremely kind. Carried conversations and gave my almost 2 yr old crayons and coloring book to help pacify him. Was very patient with him even tho he was acting very good. Repair: needed basic oil change. But I had a screw in my tire that needed patched. They did not charge me for the tire repair. These guys are so helpful, generous, and caring. I will definitely bring my service needs to T&W! Thank you all!

RecommendedThe Tulsa store is like your family member who is always looking out for you even when you don't know they're around. Their techs, and every member of their staff will make you feel at home. Dallas has done so well at taking care of anything I've thrown at him like he anticipates curve balls, if you're in a position where you need on site rubber work done and want to know what customer service is actually supposed to look like give him a shout and I guarantee you won't call another tire company again.
