The salon itself is nice enough, and I'm happy with the quality of the services themselves. The staff (seemingly management) wasn't welcoming or very friendly. There was an attempt to add on expense on for tips, even though I specifically advised of them so they would not be soaked off. Then a filing fee was added for almond shape,but my nails were already almond shaped 🤔. I had to return the next day because of a smudge on big toe (my fault). Melissa was excellent from the start to the finish. We come to Florida every February and I will come back and have Melissa do my nails and a pedicure. Thank you Melissa.
