I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with T&T Construction. Their incompetence and lack of accountability have turned what should have been a joyful experience into a living nightmare. From the very beginning, T&T Construction has demonstrated a complete disregard for deadlines and professionalism. I used T&T for snow removal services for a rental property. Incredible experience. It ended up being a big job because it has been a brutal winter and we went without removal for a while in between storms. They were very responsive, great to work with, and totally professional. I've had bad experiences recently with other companies and feel grateful to have found T&T. Fantastic quality of work and great communication. Highly recommend them. I'm sure their other services are on par and they're wonderful to work with.
