I have no complaints with their service or their work. However, they did take advantage of my situation (no water) and my ignorance of what it should have cost. As a result, they charged me double what the job should have cost. When I spoke to the owner about the charge, he tried to say it was a special situation because it was the day AFTER Christmas. If you need a Plummer with class. Need more than just your pipes unclogged. Tony and Clyte at T. smith and contractors.... are ones to call!!!! My bathroom is Beautiful and my Dish washer works like a charm! I will never call anyone else!

Tony and his team are awesome! Tony is very accessible and stays engaged with issues - even with things that should be considered outside of his area - until they are completely resolved. They are the ONLY folks we'll work with from now on because of their world-class service, extremely reasonable pricing - and above all, their care and concern. Seriously, who else will text you after they are done to make certain things are still working properly and everyone is happy? I have never experienced that until we met Tony.
Never had a problem til now and they have blocked all my number being childish and will not fix the mistake they made so I am getting the police involved. Then get a lawyer. The way they are acting is very very childish hanging up the phones blocking numbers really.

We got with this customer but sometimes you just cant please everyone. Miss Biggerstaff got the service she requested and that she was charged for, but there seemed to be an issue from the time we arrived. Sometimes a customer is upset with their situation and those things are beyond our control. We wish Miss Biggerstaff the best in finding a plumber she can call in the future.
