T Q Diamonds is awesome Wow! These guys are great - worked with Lora. She brought in some excellent diamonds for me to look at - perfect and within my budget. Positive Experiences We're had only positive experiences at TQ Diamonds and we are not wealthy. I have had a couple of rings repaired there and stones replaced. They spent a lot of time explaining quality of diamonds to us and were prompt in getting my ring repaired.
I buy jewelry ONLY at TQ We live on the east coast but visit family in WI. Whenever we are in Madison, we visit TQ because it is simply the best personalized service, selection, and quality available. I will be darned if I pay Boston prices for merchandise that is half as special as what TQ has to offer. We've been customers for 10 years and never cease to be complimented on purchases from TQ. Pricey I spent over an hour when I went to shop for an engagement ring for my fiancee. Before visiting this place, I have had my share of experiences at others and somewhat knew what to expect. However, I let them enlighten me in every aspect but I was not impresed in their prices at all. While they did score on a few trendy designs, overall I was very frustrated.
