Made a trip here to visit the store and car museum. The store was okay, but I wasn't sure what I was looking for. My boyfriend saw some good things, but didn't buy anything this trip. He didn't know we were going and didn't have some information he needed. Go prepared. He did grab a catalog, though. My son found a cool sign for his room. Placed an order on 06-06-2025.previous orders had shipped in a day or to. My order had not as of 06-10-2025. I made a call and the rep said it was hold. I was transferred to accounting and they said they were waiting to verify address. i asked why did I have to call? They said they tried on 06 but there was no answer. Evidently they were too busy to call the other business days. I get it, it happens. The main issue I have is the attituded I received by the accounting person!
