As a Veteran and Small business operator, I could not be happier to write this review! After speaking with Jim (Doesn't get any better) for almost an hour, he sold me on the 9736 cabinet, it was the best decision in blasting cabinets for my Cerakote business with out a doubt. I have been using the cabinet for a few weeks now; I called in and spoke to Tom (what an awesome guy!!!). He helped me navigate a small issue with the pick-up tube. Extremely friendly and helpful. I had a gift certificate that was slightly expired and was sizable; they could have declined to accept it. They honored it anyway, even though they didn't have to. I bought extra supplies in appreciation and recommend anyone in the hobby or industry visit.
Toured the museum. FANTASTIC!!!
