Always friendly. Always professional. I have been going here for years to get my fingernails and toenails clipped and filed monthly. Anna and Tom are fantastic. The storefront is modest but the service is exceptional.
Hello, I am the one who did the review off of kaiya n as well. ANNA blocked me from posting another review and personally called me and told me to delete the review. so i wanted to add more photos of my grandma’s infected nail that had to get removed twice surgically because Anna is unprofessional and very unsanitary. Hello, my grandma had went here about feb this year and her nail got really infected by ANNA the woman who does the manicures . She has had to had her nail removed TWICE because of how bad it was infected . I do not recommend going here or this is will what will happen to your nails . THEY ARE VERY UNSANITARY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is horrible . We have all of the documentation from the hospital the dermatologist and trust me, this will be reported because this is horrible .
I have been shopping in the same plaza as T & P but never gone it until today. I was thrilled at the immediate attention from Anna. The shop isn't glamorous but I could tell from the happy plants, there's a lot of love in the building. As many other shops as I have been to in Mooresville, this is by far, the best bang for buck. This business is simple, yet fantastic. Anna is my manicurist and she is friendly, and helpful in her work. She’s always quick, accurate and reliable. The location is “no frills” but they offer everything you’d want in a nail salon. Excellent service. Excellent work.
