6 of 10: one of the lashes completely fell off (again: these were individual lashes). I stopped by T-Nails to see if they would at least offer to redo her lashes at no charge, but to my dismay,

2 of 10: Tip 2: Know your worth. Never settle for less than what you are paying for. There are many great businesses that will treat you as a valued client.

10 of 10: Due to their lack of professionalism and disregard, it is highly unlikely that I will return to this establishment for any future services. If I were able to give a lower rating, I would.

9of10: Perhaps someone should educate them on the appropriate responsewhen dealing witha dissatisfied client particularly when it is obvious that something went wrong during the application process.

7of10: they were only willing to give her a discount of $5.00 to redo them (the cost for them was $23.00). She frequently gets individual lashes but this was her first time at this establishment.

8of10: I, too, am a business owner and this was not the response I had expected. They did a very nice job on her nails, so nice that I even tipped them $10.00 when checking out for services rendered.
