Horrible place, terrible quality. The man did my nails, hurt my cuticles several times. Told me the acrylic was gel x builder, straight up lied. Said it was all the same. Polish all over my hands and feet, looks like a toddler did it. Plus it stinks in there, is outdated and dirty. Please don’t waste your time or your money. I got a partial refund and had to go get the done over again right when I left.
Customer service was horrible, the only thing the lady did right was the acrylic. The polish was horrible, started coming off as soon as I left. She also requires payment before applying polish!! I have never received this type of service any where but here. I also noticed not one customer in there when I arrived nor did anyone come in while I was there. Never again will I come here. How do they expect to stay open with that type of service??
My wife went in and the guy got rough pulling her toe ring off so hard it almost flew across the room. The got rude.
The girl is extremely rude Said nails we 30 Charged my 45 And theres acrylic left under my nail i have to chew off
