I was serviced by Najeli when I came here, her customer service is amazing and she’s a very kind woman. I’ve been going to her for sometime and I can say with plenty of confidence that she has the best retention and focuses on the health of your natural nails. EVERY TIME I make an appointment with a certain Tech, I’m switched to Henry who is manning the phones, payments and other things and I have never been happy with the results. My usual tech was Tina (original owner) and it’s never been the same. I made another appointment hoping it would be fine, but no, the technician I made the appointment with said that she was fully booked- I made the appointment hoping online last week! Needless to say I will go somewhere else.
