This place use to be my go to place. There customers service is horrible. I got a dip set and my nails are already coming up. I went to get them repaired and the worker refused to repair them because he said that’s what dip nails do. Please do not get your nails done here.
I normally go here every 2-3 weeks. They use to be awesome. After today NO, won’t be back!! They were cut too short, thick, whole nail wasn’t painted , paint on my fingers, glue under nails. Not to mention they pull the prices out the sky. Even if I get the same thing done it’s a different price each time. I don’t understand!! Tip an all almost $100, got my feet done(THANK GOD THEY ARE FINE) Just pissed!!!
I got my nails dipped on Sunday and on Tuesday they started peeling off. I went back to get them redone and was told by the man that owns it that they would not redo them they would “put a clear coat over them”. This is after they already put the wrong dip color on(didn’t match the one I picked or my toes). I didn’t even say anything about that on Sunday I was just going to wait and go to my regular nail salon in 3weeks. I would NOT recommend them to anybody!
