The GC was very treating
These guys are the builders on a construction project across the street from my house. They consistently wake me and my neighbors and violate the rules of the city by starting their construction at 5:30-6:00 am. In fact I'm typing this at 6 am because I was just woken up by the sound of their crane beeping. City law says you can't make over 5 decibels of noise (about as loud as a conversation) before 7 am on week days and 8 am on weekends.
