The technician arrived on time. He explained to me what was going to happen. He found the entry point to my septic tank very quickly! He has done this many times before! He was here about 1 hr. I was surprised! I thought it would take longer because it's been at least 10 years since the last pump out. Overall it was peaceful experience. I will use the again!
