This is one of the best Home Care Agencies in Mass. Management and owners treat all their employees well. Their nurses, PT and OT services are excellent!!! I will recommend them to any patient.
I am a 37 yr old cancer patient with a iliostomy and my nurse never showed up to give me my medicine and I have a disability and they know I was on about five controlled substances and Left me sick all night without sleep and in terrible pain, I had a incident with the nurses who had brought oxycodone from his house and gave them to me and is currently taking the same medicine as me and told me there was more medicine missing and I took one extra pill. If I could zero stars I would. One nurse that was visiting a family member was stealing her narcotic medication, making racist comments, and grabbing himself in front of them. The next nurse is only showing up for 1 out of 3 days a week she’s suppose to be there but I’m sure she’s billing for the 3.
