Beware, this so-called nursing company is by far one of the worst. They don't care about people, just about how much money they can make off the backs of the taxpayer via DCHF. They hire sub-standard people who have to be trained and the client will do the training for them. Nice game if you can get it. Skip this one and move on.
I've had the opportunity to work with T&N on a B2B basis and enjoyed the experience. Their industry certainly seems tough but they've been open to suggestions on improvements.

Very unprofessional to workers, selfish, manipulative and controlling freaks. Not RELIABLE to both employees and clients.
If I could give negative stars I would the worst agency. There is no accountability my mother has been left numerous times by aides by herself. They leave early that are late they refuse to cook they refuse to do her hair. I cannot switch agency because no other agency will take if if you leave another agency. The aides never work the entire shift. My mother has been put off of transportation several times because the aides are late or they no do not show up to get her off the bus.They should not have a contract with DC Medi... read more
