Since moving to the Franklin area I would frequently drop into the Berry Farms office that was conveniently located to my home. Although it was not my servicing office, Patti Tremblay and Mr Lambert have always been attentive in answering any questions as well as resolving any issues that I may have. My long time agent retired and as a result I officially transferred my service location to the Berry Farms office.
Our family has been with Richard for over a decade. He’s helped us with home, auto and health. He’s insured our kids as they got their driver’s licenses, and now insuring them now that they are have their own cars and homes. He’s quick to answer questions and offer support. We couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!
