Would give them zero stars if I could the guy came out of the back after we waited several minutes and basically rushed us out said there was nothing he could do to help us and that we need to call customer service even after I said we both wanted to buy new phones. Honestly think we will be switching to a different carrier. Very rude and obviously does not want our business.
The worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a T-mobile store. Came in on 10/27 at 7:00 pm to purchase two iPhones. Entering the store, there were 3 sales people inside. Two males -both on the phone. One female at the front of the store near a desk. Not one person greeted me and my daughter as we walked in. The female sat at the front desk, on her cellphone the entire time we were in the store inquiring about the new iPhone.
