I don't like that I was lied to about the Galaxy Watch FE. It was free with a line. I was paying for my old line. I was told to cancel it in three months. I came back to the store exactly three months the later. The person who waited on me said, I put in the information. I got you. Well, she didn't keep her word because I was paying for two lines longer than three months. BEWARE of getting new products from Tmobile!
Brian T was the man - quick and easy. Answered all my questions. Great atmosphere and surprisingly enjoyable experience.
I walked into a store purchased 2 phones and SIM card, the sales person told me my items would be shipped to me. I paid with a card. While sitting at home I get an alert stating that I’m being charged again. I called to talk to customer service which I was on hold for 40mins and no one could help me. The person on the phone claimed to be a supervisor and she was very rude. Do not go to T-Mobile they are thieves and very unprofessional
