They use overseas 'reps' whom lie, cant speak or understand proper English, give fake first names only - No ID #'s, keep telling you they are getting you a supervisor, transfer you back and forth with music and dead silence, supervisor is only going to tell you what Im saying, all reading from same scripts, I'm transferring you right now back & forth for 1 hr and 45 minutes later they disconnect.
