I have a great resume. I applied for a store manager position with T-Mobile while I was working at the call center. Before this I ran 7 retail store for Verizon. My manager Amy towns she told me that I wasn't qualified to be a store manager. That was untrue and disrespectful. She humiliated me multiple times along with her boss. STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE!! They use to be good but Now T-MOBILE IS BY FAR, #1 IN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORLDWIDE!! They use overseas 'reps' whom lie, cant speak or understand proper English, give fake first names only - No ID #'s, keep telling you they are getting you a supervisor, transfer you back and forth with music and dead silence, supervisor is only going to tell you what Im saying, all reading from same scripts, I'm transferring you right now back & forth for 1 hr and 45 minutes later they disconnect. T-MOBILE use to be good but Now They Are #1 in WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! - GLOBALLY!!
