Very happy and cheerful salespeople they basically want to know how your day is going a little annoying when you're trying to renew your plan and they're just asking you how your day is going and what you're doing today even though with all that still they got the job done that I needed and would recommend as an alternative to using the app.
Horrible! I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 15 yrs. I transferred my service to my daughters account, still with them in June but was charged $120 on auto pay for July service. I called and spoke to 3 reps and 1 supervisor but they refused to refund my money. I was told the account was only transferred not closed! Seriously I spoke to a T-Mobile rep to transfer my service!
