Update 2026: they are spiking bills and telling you that the program you were supposed to get DID NOT exist! Full-on bait and switch is occurring to trick you into paying more and more. If you complain, they'll lock you out of your documents access. This place is a bunch of fraud that keeps getting bigger and the feds need to break the company up! This place is a bunch of fraud that keeps getting bigger and the feds need to break the company up! Supposed to get upgraded as part of my plan and they just doubled my damn bill! We didn't want device insurance (covered under our payment form) and guess what they're charging us for...insurance. Guess we have to involve the MOAG, the USAG, and the FTC on the matter as we expect to be defrauded again after ANOTHER hour long call with customer no-service.
I have a great resume. I applied for a store manager position with T-Mobile while I was working at the call center. Before this I ran 7 retail store for Verizon. My manager Amy towns she told me that I wasn't qualified to be a store manager. That was untrue and disrespectful. She humiliated me multiple times along with her boss.
