I received an awful, aggressive male supervisor customer service experience from T-Mobile Call Center instead of a professional, positive response to my request for a particular Privacy rule that they cited. I don't know which call center it was from, but I dialed 611. It was v. disappointing.
Ohhhh my goodness...I had the most pleasant & incredible experience today, on the phone with DEVONDA in the Springfield, Missouri office!!! He was very kind, patient, funny, knowledgeable, & his customer skills were the very best!!! 5 excellent STARS for him!!! He is my T Mobile Angel & hope his boss sees this & gives him a big raise!!! Update 2026: they are spiking bills and telling you that the program you were supposed to get DID NOT exist! Full-on bait and switch is occurring to trick you into paying more and more. If you complain, they'll lock you out of your documents access. This place is a bunch of fraud that keeps getting bigger and the feds need to break the company up! Supposed to get upgraded as part of my plan and they just doubled my damn bill! We didn't want device insurance (covered under our payment form) and guess what they're charging us ... read more
This place is a bunch of fraud that keeps getting bigger and the feds need to break the company up! Supposed to get upgraded as part of my plan and they just doubled my damn bill! We didn't want device insurance (covered under our payment form) and guess what they're charging us for...insurance. Guess we have to involve the MOAG, the USAG, and the FTC on the matter as we expect to be defrauded again after ANOTHER hour long call with customer no-service.
