OUTRAGEOUS pricing. If you don’t like getting ripped off, don’t come here. Bought a product today I needed for work as I forgot mine at home. Was expecting to pay a normal price around $20. He told me it was $60. I hesitated because that was outrageous, but ultimately bought it because I needed it for the day. Also thought it could be a higher quality product than what I have. Great customer service genuinely one of the realest people I’ve meet very skilled and honest I even bought a new phone 10/10
Terrible experience. After charging me $450 to replace my screen, I found out they used non-authentic cheap alternative. Screen protector was installed incorrectly with air bubbles all over and my phone hardly works now as they incorrectly installed the screen. One thing they are very good at though is excuses. UPDATE: And there you go, read their reply to see the kind of people. Tell your stories to your credit card company.
