Bilal was my service representative today at the Harbour Creek location. He is personable making his customer service skills top notch. He is also extremely knowledgeable and was able to solve all of my issues and save me some money in the process. If you live in the Erie area then Harborcreek T-mobile is the place to go.
Bilal was wonderful helping us with international calling and setting up my husband’s new phone on our car. He went above and beyond to help us, was very eager to help (no question is an inconvenience), and was very knowledgeable with phone technology. We commend him for his great service! Keith E
