Doesn't let you speak talks over you trys to shut you down when your trying to explain and he is rude makes you try to feel stupid I don't recommend coming to this T-Mobile

I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever seen today. The manager, Darlene, was working completely by himself while handling 6-7 customers at the same time, yet somehow made everyone feel acknowledged and taken care of.
