Terrible service . Walked in and had a line of customers waiting to be helped but only 2 people working . Manager was in the back not coming out helping. I asked why is the manager not helping and the employees whispered to me “managers never help”. I felt bad for the employees. I had to leave and go somewhere else

Went in this store's location with my father today to see about what kind of deals and promotions on switching phone lines and home internet they offered. The conversion with the employee felt like she was bothered by us being there, and felt more like we were inconveniencing her when we were on only ones in there when we first entered. She only offered one promo option of internet being $70/month and $800 off a new phone with nothing additional. We have been Tmobile customers for a while now. Honestly I really dislike when I have to call customer service as it rarely works. I needed to go into the store to handle trading in my phone and my wifes phone. Trish was more than helpful in doing so. She was more than helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. It was quick easy and we got deals we didn't even know were available. I will never call customer service again.
