The person who helped me didnt want to waste her time setting up my new phone and kept encouraging me to do it at home. Now I have a new phone that isnt set up. Basically have to do it myself. She really just wanted me to sit in a corner and wait for her to help other people. No customer service whatsoever. Mobile you need to create more training for yoir employees. Money isnt everything, customer service goes a long way.

Visited on 5/15/26. Jaime was professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer all my questions, handled all of my requests without rushing, and made sure everything was done correctly. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall.

Very disappointed it took over 10 minutes before someone acknowledge that I was there and there was several other people that walked in the door. They got acknowledged.

My first visit to this store was nothing short of excellent. Lalo Velazquez was very knowledgable and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient and was able to assist me with my issue where other t-mobile stores were either unwilling or unhelpful. I hardly if ever leave reviews but my visit was so positive and the customer service was so superb I was compelled to write this review.
