Frustrating Experience I went to T-Mobile to get something checked on my phone and turn in my old phone for the credit I was supposed to receive. Unfortunately, because I only had my passport ID card with me, they wouldn’t provide me with service or assistance. It’s frustrating that I can use my passport to cross country borders and get on an airplane, but apparently it’s not enough to get help at T-Mobile. I left feeling very disappointed with the experience.
The representative that helped me. Jaylene, was wonderful, she took care of everything I needed even, the setup of my home internet service. If you had 10 stars, she would have got all 10. 10
Went in to purchase a new device & new service. The rep was friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. I was in and out in less than a half hour and I'm posting this review from my new wifi hotspot.
