I was not happy with this T-Mobile authorized user. We have been with T-Mobile for a very long time. I went in with my 90 year old dad to get him a new phone. The sales representative who came over to help us, did not ask any questions about her account, and did not look up my account. I informed him we were there looking at 2 different phones.
