Much better experience than the East Northport store. I did, however, find one thing confusing - they would not allow me to pay for the new phone in full and said it had to be financed. After getting home, I was able to log into my account and pay the entire balance.
Best service, Sam is the best employee in there store, I'm really thankful to him for helping.
