We had a great experience at the T-Mobile store. Sam was amazing. He fixed my husband’s phone and avoid us having to buy a new one highly recommend the store ask for Sam!
This location is horrible! The sales associates are on their phones, rude and unattentive!!!! I arrived with my daughter's for screen replacements and was totally dismissed by them. I was told that they don't carry iPhone 14 screen protectors and I should call 611. This is not the protocol as stated by phone support when I called them. They were suppose to order the protectors and provide installation for us. I really hope TMobile looks into this and hire people who care a little about customer service.
