DO NOT GO HERE. Their associates are not trained and they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They’re just going to screw you over just like they did to me. Worst mistake of my life switch to them. I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. Treated them with respect when first came in and they ended up screwing me over anyways. 5 different customer service reps had no idea what these guys did when they opened my account.
Unfortunately, our experience with the T-Mobile manager Hassan was not great. He was not very friendly and made it feel like helping us was a burden. We went in to upgrade our phones expecting an equal trade-in, which the East Northport T-Mobile location was able to do without any issues. However, at this location, Hassan tried to increase our bill by $60+ and was rude when we explained that we specifically came in wanting our bill to stay the same or as close to it as possible.
