Got my note 7 from there went back to return the phone for a different color , rep pulls up my account and tells me I cant dp it here I'll have to call the customer service which I already did 3 times before i went to the store , rep didnt see any sales opportunities so started giving random crap and before I'm even finished handed me my ID I work for Verizon too and I honestly believe this was the worst experience I ever had
Amazing Store the manager and reps are amazing. they bring professionalism to a whole new level. thanks guys
