The customer service in this store is the WORST i have ever experienced. One associate says one thing and the one will agree at one moment then change their mind when someone else disagrees. they like to waste your time and and money. they will make you buy something else for a simple "Jump". I was fuming so bad after dealing with this store, I changed carriers. Thank you Tmobile for being massive PRICKS! you have lost two customers for life.
