Upon entering Tmobile Zghan greeted us with a very friendly manner and willing to help in any capacity possible. I personally ran into transfer number issues and he went above and beyond in his efforts trying to expedite a solution to my problem and we finally had great success in getting my new phone set up. Zghan gets the highest rating in my book and I highly recommend him to anyone needing help switching to tmobile he gave excellent service. 10 out 10 great job.
