Couldn't figure out how to activate a phone for a family member that took me a few minutes online. terrible service.
The staff is disinterested in helping former Sprint customers. They don’t make you feel glad to be a part of t-mobile. If you’re not spending money they seem to have an attitude to help you with other matters. Thought it would be different from Sprint , same old thing! How is this store still open? The reviews are horrible.
On Sunday morning on May 22 unfortunately I had the worse customer service I ever had in a T-Mobile store . Soon as my boyfriend and I arrived In the store the female worker did not welcome us or asked if we needed assistance, which I thought was strange. Her personality was very dry.
