Thought the customer service here was great. Now I know I'm wrong. MY husband's defective phone was swapped out IN this store. 3 months and dozens of calls later, I am STILL fighting to have the hardware charge removed from my bill. I DON'T HAVE THIS PHONE, YOU DO. Why am I still being charged??????

Two people at this T Mobile out right lie to their customers. Nick is one of them so sorry I purchased 10 phones through him. Had I known what a jerk he was I wouldn't of purchased anything from him. Unfortunately the other guy I don't know his name. Beware if you are smart you will go elsewhere. Your best bet is to stay far away from this store. T Mobile in general is awful When it comes to customer service. The ins. co they use is worse than they are.
Horrible! Anthony who works at the store is extremely unprofessional and should not be representing your company. I am a Customer Service Manager for a major Healthcare company and I'm appalled a sales person would treat any customer this way. My husband was cursed at and treated like trash. I called the store and Anthony acted like it wasn't him. If u r there for long period of time u have no where to sit. It's bad enough the employee have to stand all day. There no seating for customers. The staff is very knowledgeable n helpful, thank God. Get chairs or sofa there enough space. N let ur employee sit too. Not good for them to be on their feet all day.
