Worst store I have ever been to I visited this store on 17/6/2022 at 6 pm all the way till 7 pm , the guy was so rude and unprofessional he clearly didn’t want help at all , everything I asked for he said we can’t do at this location try another one then my tablet is running out of charge and tons of excuses just to waste a full hour of my time then to apologize again for any inconvenience and that he just can’t help me out although am a costumer and just wanted to get another phone which is clearly I can do and I was assure... read more

This location is by far the worst T-mobile branch. The workers there are useless, misleading and liers. They made my plan charge twice, did not want to attend my request during business hours saying they were closing earlier due to reduced hours. I called T-mobile and they said there are not reduced hours and the lady in the phone was surprised by what she was hearing. Horrible experience. T-mobile take note, you can't have this unacceptable individuals working for your company.
