Retail Store Manager Evelyn and Mobile Expert Diego were extremely helpful! Evelyn helped me upgrade to a iphone 17 with the maximum trade in deal. I traded in my old iphone 13 for $830 with a new plan vs my old plan, which only gave a $300 trade in deal. Diego helped me with HSI (new wifi plan) and even set it up in store. They’re extremely nice, explained prices and the process clearly (despite my many questions).
Sid was absolutely amazing! Thank you to whoever hired him, you truly do your store and myself a favor in doing so! I normally don’t enjoy going to the phone store and avoid it until completely necessary (I mean the last time I had gone was 6 years ago! I’m writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to the T-Mobile store in Walnut Creek. When I arrived, there were three employees present. I was acknowledged by a male employee named Diego, who asked me to wait briefly. However, the two female employees were assisting customers very slowly and appeared disengaged. Adam helped me return my old phones for trade in credit. He’s very patient and quick! Be kind if you’re waiting in a long line. This location can get busy! If you’re pressed for time, come at opening time. Think that’s when they’re not too busy. Will be back! Big thanks to Adam!
