False and descriptive practices. The lady that says she is a manager there is a terrible human. She assisted her coworker in the sale of a Samsung tablet/product to me under false pretenses and did not disclose that you will have a charge for the item and you will be charged for unlimited service. They don’t sign you up for unlimited and tell you you only need to have basic 2 gig internet. Xfinity left me in a really difficult situation. But Adam helped me through everything. He explained all my options step by step, and spent much more time with me than most customer service reps probably would, because my situation was complicated. He was kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed. He was also very understanding and patient with my accent and limited English, which I really appreciated. Shout out to Joseph at this location! He spent two different occasions with me helping me out with a chaotic situation with my plan and was so kind, didn’t rush me, and truly wanted to help. He didn’t try to over charge me for things I didn’t need and was just overall a great employee/ person. If you ever need to go into T-Mobile ask for him and he will take care of you!
