This has been the best help I’ve had at any T-Mobile location. I had a lot of questions and needed detail information on how to better my bill. Joseph G. Was so kind and patient with me and provided wonderful information and made the experience pain free lol. I will definitely go back to this location for his help with anything else that may come in the future.

I came into the store because I was having issues with iPhone and my storage. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me and were very helpful. Joseph approached me and told me he could help me with my iPhone issue. Yesterday, I had an incredible experience with Bruno at T-Mobile! He helped me troubleshoot some issues with my phone and also showed me some great deals for my daughter’s phone. He was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Bruno is an amazing employee and truly knows how to provide excellent customer service.
