Recently, my wife and I visited the Walnut Creek store at 1345 South Main Street. Our purpose was to purchase the new iPhone 17 Pro. We were greeted by a sales associate who introduced himself as Sid. He was very professional, and his presentation explaining certain attributes about the phones was excellent. Had a fantastic experience switching from our overpriced previous provider. Wonderful customer service from Sid and Steph. Both helped us, finding us the best plan for our family and porting our old phones over. The environment of this location is so friendly and welcoming. I had previously gone to another TMobile location and the customer service was so bad I almost gave up on TMobile.
Sid and Selena were so welcoming and supportive. They helped me purchase my new phone and set me up.
Sid gave me outstanding customer service. Professional and knowledgeable in all things T mobile. Come in and ask for him by name. You won’t regret it.
