Avoid this Tmobile location like the plague! Bunch of conniving crooks. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale. Then when you get your first bill, you see that they added on extra features which cost EXTRA money without telling you or even ASKING you about it. We spoke with Tmobile customer service on the phone and even this person said something wasn't right. She recommended we go to the store to get a refund and speak with the manager. very nice employees very helpful, richard took care of my changeover to t mobile senior 55 plan for both my lines wife loves it ,verizon was over twice the cost for less service, a complete no brainer unlimited talk text and data

I wish I had gone to a different T-Mobile. It would have saved me a headache. I was very mislead about pricing and ended up paying A LOT more than originally told in store. I still don't know how they put insurance on the wrong device. Why would I insure something that cost $48 over something that cost $240? Now I can't insure my tablet I got from them. Thanks.... Needless to say if I need any assistance, I won't return here.
These people are the worst they're unprofessional, Rude and obviously lack communication they had my cousin there for 3 hours and still didn't resolve any of the issues she is having I told her Don't Go To T Mobile she should've listened and she wouldn't be dealing with the ignorance cause the employee's acted as if they did not have a clue she had to go through 4 different people and still nothing was resolved Terrible Customer Service
Great emloyees there very patient worked with me and helped take care of issues I had with my 6 edge plus and my future upgrade for the Note 7!!
