This store is the worst tmobile store ive been too they made my life a living hell cellphone wise for 2 years. I just switched to att yesterday. How tmobile fixes problems and treats there customers is like garbage. The manager at this location misinformed me 2 years ago. I had no proof of the promotion so no leg to stand on, so tmobile just did whatever they wanted with my bill. By the end they took off my insurance they took off my get a phone every year add on. This branch suffers from clear and unacceptable customer service issues. The employees show a lack of respect toward customers, despite the fact that customers pay monthly amounts ranging from $300 to $400 for multiple lines. This behavior represents a serious problem and reflects poor professionalism and disregard for the customer’s financial commitment. Unfortunately, my experience with this branch was very negative due to the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of one of the employees inside the branch.
Eric the manager was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He made the experience very smooth and stress free! Great worker
I just had the best costumer service I've ever been through, Ever since i went through the door Rifa attended me and put a lot of time and respect while helping me with an account issue i had. Answered any questions i had and through the entire thing she was very well spoken and straight to the point. HUGE thanks I'll be coming to this T-Mobile from now on.
Stopped by a few days ago to make some changes to my business account and Rifa took care of everything. She was professional, efficient, and explained the plans clearly so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I was in and out faster than expected, and everything worked perfectly after. Appreciate the great service and I’ll be back to work with her again. Hard to find this kind of professionalism and politeness these days.
