There are not enough words to express our gratitude to a lovely lady named Meilin at the T Mobile in Wethersfield. She spent the better part of three hours transferring over 5 phone and working fast, efficiently and flawlessly. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable, kind, and a pleasure to work with!!! We can’t thank her enough!!!

The staff is rude, not knowledgeable and unhelpful. I ordered a warranty replacement for my phone, but the manager would not give me the new phone, stating that the old phone "didn't work". Duh, that was the reason for the warranty replacement. Avoid at all costs.

Worst place to go to get T-Mobile They just like working there because of the bad service, they can not help you with anything i have 2 problem and they just told me to call customer service instead of them help me.

I have never had a good experience in this store. I tried to give them one last chance but the staff is absolutely rude. They do not go above and beyond for you And as soon as you walk through the door they look at you like you're bothering them. And then they tell you, they'll be right with you They have to do something when there's nobody else in the store.. Every time I go in, I get nothing but an attitude.
