Good service. It was disappointing to learn Tmobile Tuesday gifts are no longer available at these local centers
Worst place to go to get T-Mobile They just like working there because of the bad service, they can not help you with anything i have 2 problem and they just told me to call customer service instead of them help me.
I have never had a good experience in this store. I tried to give them one last chance but the staff is absolutely rude. They do not go above and beyond for you And as soon as you walk through the door they look at you like you're bothering them. And then they tell you, they'll be right with you They have to do something when there's nobody else in the store.. Every time I go in, I get nothing but an attitude.
The store Manager, Eric was very helpful and kind. I'm 70 years old and he was very patience with me. He's very knowledgeable about all your phones and what they can and can not do. And he can solve any phone problems one might have. The young man is amazing. Plus the store has a welcoming environment.
They saved me a lot of money. I left AT&T because they were doing a number on me. I was taking care ofat T-Mobile. Record record
