They scammed us: they sold us a package and they added insurance to a line without a phone (?!). One of our phones broke down and customer service essentially blamed us. We are filing a case with consumer’s advocate - as you cannot insure an asset that does not exist - and leaving T-Mobile altogether.
There are not enough words to express our gratitude to a lovely lady named Meilin at the T Mobile in Wethersfield. She spent the better part of three hours transferring over 5 phone and working fast, efficiently and flawlessly. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable, kind, and a pleasure to work with!!! We can’t thank her enough!!!
The staff is rude, not knowledgeable and unhelpful. I ordered a warranty replacement for my phone, but the manager would not give me the new phone, stating that the old phone "didn't work". Duh, that was the reason for the warranty replacement. Avoid at all costs.
Good service. It was disappointing to learn Tmobile Tuesday gifts are no longer available at these local centers
Worst place to go to get T-Mobile They just like working there because of the bad service, they can not help you with anything i have 2 problem and they just told me to call customer service instead of them help me.
