Rifa is the best!! She’s the only one we’ll work with there. And we travel past multiple other T-Mobile stores to go to Wethersfield. She’s so helpful, patient and explains everything you need to know. She’s wonderful. Honestly, she deserves a raise! We were so happy with her, we switched from another phone carrier, bought 4 new lines and 2 home internets. 5 stars!

If the service at this store is any indication of T-Mobiles standards, I should’ve taken the hint to get a different carrier. The salesperson was watching a movie/video the entirety of our interaction. He refused to help us and referred us to the T-Mobile help desk number, who told us to go to a store in the first place. To anyone looking for a T-Mobile store, i would direct you to the Berlin Turnpike.

Came in with a broken phone and they were acting clueless like they couldn’t help me. I said “so my phone is broken and not working and there’s nothing you guys can do” and the response I got was “nope” I am highly irritated and think it was very unprofessional then was trying to make me add lines to my plan hounding me that it would be cheaper when the price wasn’t the option the stated I should get a android phone so I walked out and went to a different location

Terrible experience at this store. When I arrived, I was ignored and made to feel as though my presence was an inconvenience. Despite there being three staff members present, I was left standing and waiting while one employee appeared available but wasn’t assisting any customers. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse once I was helped. I was given inaccurate information and promises that turned out not to be true, creating additional problems that later had to be resolved elsewhere. The situation became so frustrating... read more
