I just had the best costumer service I've ever been through, Ever since i went through the door Rifa attended me and put a lot of time and respect while helping me with an account issue i had. Answered any questions i had and through the entire thing she was very well spoken and straight to the point. HUGE thanks I'll be coming to this T-Mobile from now on.
Stopped by a few days ago to make some changes to my business account and Rifa took care of everything. She was professional, efficient, and explained the plans clearly so I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I was in and out faster than expected, and everything worked perfectly after. Appreciate the great service and I’ll be back to work with her again. Hard to find this kind of professionalism and politeness these days.
These people that work here have no clue what they are doing
Had such a awful experience at this store, I went in to upgrade 3 phones and the sales guy tried to sell me a plan that I did not want and kept hounding me to add another line which I didn’t need and then tried telling me it would be cheaper to do it that way and insisted I purchase the cheaper galaxy phone to qualify for the add a line but because I didn’t want to purchase the add a line he started to say things like “well I don’t think your understanding correctly”. They scammed us: they sold us a package and they added insurance to a line without a phone (?!). One of our phones broke down and customer service essentially blamed us. We are filing a case with consumer’s advocate - as you cannot insure an asset that does not exist - and leaving T-Mobile altogether.
