Came in with a broken phone and they were acting clueless like they couldn’t help me. I said “so my phone is broken and not working and there’s nothing you guys can do” and the response I got was “nope” I am highly irritated and think it was very unprofessional then was trying to make me add lines to my plan hounding me that it would be cheaper when the price wasn’t the option the stated I should get a android phone so I walked out and went to a different location
Terrible experience at this store. When I arrived, I was ignored and made to feel as though my presence was an inconvenience. Despite there being three staff members present, I was left standing and waiting while one employee appeared available but wasn’t assisting any customers. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse once I was helped. Stopped by to ask questions (5/31/2026 around 7 pm). The sales did not care about us at all. No greeting. No patience. Something wrong with his personal life I guess. Will never go back again. There are many other T-mobile stores we could go to. Zero star actually but there is no such option.
Understaffed. Long waits and know where to sit. For example the AT&T stores or Apple Store have tables and chairs for you to sit at and do business. Please step your game up.
